How to Change a Nameserver

Changing your domain's nameservers allows you to point your domain to a different hosting provider or DNS service. Once updated, it may take up to 24–48 hours for the changes to propagate across the internet.

Prerequisites

Ensure you have:

  • An active domain name.
  • The new nameserver addresses provided by your hosting provider (for example, ns1.example.com and ns2.example.com).

1.Log in to your PartnersHub account

2. From the top navigation menu, click Services and Select My Domains.

3. Click on the Server you want to change.

Server4. Under Manage Navigate to Nameservers section and click on it.

5.Select Use Custom Nameservers, then enter the new nameservers provided by your hosting provider.

Click on Save Changes

6. Wait for the confirmation message. DNS propagation may take 2-48 hours.
