How to Reset Your Client Area Password

If you have forgotten your Client Area Password, you can reset if using the Forgot Password option on the Client Area login page.

This guide explains how to reset your password and regain access to your acccount.

Steps to Reset Your Password

Step 1: Open the Client Area 

1. Go to Client Area login page.
2. Enter your email address if required.
3.  Click Forgot Password?

Step 2: Enter your Email Address

1. Enter your email address registered to your Client Area Account.
2. Click Submit or Reset Password

Step 3: Check your Email

1. Check your registered email inbox.
2. Look for the password reset email.
3. If you cannot find it, check your Spam/Junk folder.

Step 4: Create a New Password

1. Open the password reset link in the email.
2. Enter your new password.
3. Confirm the new password.
4. Click Save, Reset Password, or the relevant confirmation button.

Step 5: Log In

Return to the Client Area login page and log in using:

• Your registered email address
• Your new password
